Job Description

Customer Support Technician - St. Louis, MO - 12 Month Contract $15-18/hr W2

Shift: 40 hours per week (8:00am – 5:00pm, does require some holiday and off shift coverage as needed); working remotely is possibly an option in the future depending on skills

Job Description Summary 
Responsible for achieving measurable business results in a specific departmental support area or strategic, information services project. Through leadership, project management, technical and communication skills, position is responsible for delivering business needs 

Daily Responsibilities: Answer incoming ACD calls, answer emails and process self-service incidents. 

Job Requirements

Technical Skills: Advanced customer service, intermediate IT/computer related skills, intermediate typing skills

-Excellent problem solving, analytical skills, and critical thinking 
-Excellent ability to assess the situation or event, relate it to other similar events which have occurred previously to correct
