  • Next Generation Technology a fast-growing, progressive IT services company, specializing in IT Talent Placement seeks a highly motivated, personable individual with an understanding of the Information Technology business and a proven track record in IT staffing business development. The ideal candidate is an independent thinker who values a team.  We are headquartered in Schaumburg, Illinois and looking for local Account Managers.

     

    The responsibilities include but not limited to:

    • Establish and manage profitable relationships with prospects and clients via email, phone, and on-site visits (when appropriate)
    • Identify opportunities using your own book of business, networking, cold calling, web-based tools (i.e. LinkedIn) and visiting prospective clients (hiring managers, HR directors, VPs and CIOs) within IT departments
    • Maintain activity records in company’s ATS
    • Negotiate the terms of agreements, billing rates, etc. with prospective clients
    • Plan to succeed
    o grow business
