We are seeking a high energy self-motivated individual to drive growth and maintain existing industrial Maintenance and Repair Operations accounts for a protected territory in the SE New England area.  This territory will include:

  • Brookline
  • Providence
  • Plymouth
  • Warwick
  • Newport
  • South Boston
  • Plus all surrounding counties

At Hi-Line we offer uncapped income potential with a lucrative bonus and commission structure that allows you the ability to be rewarded for your hard work. Imagine being able to provide for your family while still having a work-life balance to be WITH your family.

Our first year Territory Managers average $55,000 - $75,000. Through servicing their accounts and prospecting new business they grow their business to an average income of over $100K and our top veterans are earning $150,000 - $200,000 per year.  It is in their hands and is fueled by their desire to succeed.

In this role, you will build lasting relationships and maintain repeat customers in a wide range of maintenance departments in the industrial world including:

  • Aviation & Avionics
  • Rail Road Repair
  • Facilities Maintenance
  • Heavy Equipment
  • Trucking
  • Marine
  • Hospitals
  • Military & Other Government Agencies
  • And over 32 other industries for you to serve

While you are working in the territory in which you live, your local area manager and our employees in our home office in Dallas, TX are behind you supporting your every step to success.  Here are some examples of the support you will receive as our Territory Manager:

Training: We invest in you and your success.  As a Territory Manager, you will receive classroom, digital, and field training to equip you for success.  We have over 60 years of experience with success and we are happy to shorten your learning curve!

Accounting: A dedicated account representative will handle your customer's billing and assist with your purchase orders.  They also handle your collections for you, leaving you to focus on servicing your current customers and prospecting new ones.

Distribution Center:  Our distribution team will automate shipments of inventory to your home on a weekly basis so that your mobile store is always stocked with items you are selling to your customers.  They can also overnight special shipments that you need right away. 

Customer Service: Our team of customer service professionals are available from 7 am - 7 pm CST, Monday - Friday, to answer your customer's questions when you are unavailable and help you service your accounts.

IT: Our IT team is on-call for you and will assist you with any technology needs you may have with your computer or electronic reporting.

Marketing: Our Marketing team is here to help you build and maintain your client accounts by creating personalized promotional materials and customized solutions for your clients.

The Team Approach: Your local Area Manager and the Corporate Teams noted above will all help you build success in your territory so that you can serve your territory confidently knowing that you are indeed, in business for yourself, but not by yourself!

Job Requirements

  • Minimum of High School diploma or GED
  • Must Reside within the Territory you Serve
  • Outside Industrial Sales Experience is Highly Preferred
  • Must be willing and able to invest in your very own Mobile Store from which you will service your protected territory. (Several options are available, as we assist you during your first 12 months while you cultivate your territory).
  • Must Have a Clean driving history
  • Ability to lift, move and carry up to 50 pounds on a regular basis
