Job Requirements of Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg / Telemetry / Dialysis / Ambulatory Surgery:
- Recognized as the clinical expert in Patient Care Services and a leadership role model for Registered Nurses and all staff under supervision
- Involve a potential for mucous membranes or skin contact with blood, body fluids, tissues or potential spills or splashes
- Maintaining and developing staff performance
- Assign all patient care activities assuring that staff are qualified to care for assigned patients, support team members, and ensure quality and service excellence to patients
- Perform duties in alignment with the vision and values of the organization
- Direct the work in such a way to ensure the overall Patient Flow
- Recommended, Specialty Certification recognized
Do you meet the requirements for this job?

Registered Nurse / RN Med Surg / Telemetry / Dialysis / Ambulatory Surgery
Candidates must have a BSN, 2 years experience in the Unit the are applying for. ACLS, BLS, PALs (as applicable)
Must have Telemetry and Dysrythmia experience (in units applicable)
Able to perform majority of patient care skills, good nursing assessment in the level of acute care setting in the specialty with minimal orientation and supervision.
Must possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must not have had professional license or certification suspended or investigated.
Must successfully pass pre-employment health clearance.
All candidates are subject to drug screening and criminal background check as described in the Agreement.
