The Reky Group is currently hiring entry-level individuals with a customer service & sales background for the Customer Service and Sales Rep position. We have found that candidates working in retail, restaurant, hospitality, or customer service positions are very easy to train for our Entry Level position. We specialize in areas of customer renewal, customer retention, and customer acquisition.

Our sales and marketing firm is the leader in the sales & marketing industry and in tailoring customer service & sales to their needs. Our clients are Fortune 100 companies that want us to deliver a face-to-face customer service experience. We do this by taking care of the existing customer base and providing personal care with new customers. This job involves face-to-face sales of services to existing and new customers. Representing one of the largest telecom companies in the world, it is a priority for our team to provide the best customer service, professionalism, and maintain quality customer relationships.





Due to expansion, we are willing to train highly motivated people for management and customer service & sales opportunities but you must be willing to work hard in entry-level customer service, sales, and marketing position. All openings are ideal for recent graduates, or professionals with customer service & sales experience looking for a career change because this is an entry-level position in the retail industry.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet new customers
  • Follow up with existing customers to improve retention
  • Assist new customers with enrollment
  • Educate customers on new program options to improve their services
  • Conduct formal presentations to prospective customers
  • Management of tech departments in retail locations

This is NOT a call center position and involves face-to-face interactions with retail customers
