The Customer Service Representative will be to provide unparalleled service internally and externally for the company. If you have 3 plus years of customer service experience and are looking for an opportunity with a growing company in Gainesville, TX, please see requirements below.
Job Types: Full-time, Temp to Hire
Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Roles and Responsibilities
· Answer phones
· Setup new accounts for customers
· Assist with phone inquiries from customers
· Complete sample/brochure/SDS/TDS/Labels
· Key quotations in Macola
· Setup new product items
· Assist Customer Service Account Manager with regular orders excluding master orders
Qualifications and Education Requirements
· Proficient in typing/keyboarding at minimum of 35 WPM
· Professional written and verbal communication
· 3+ years of Customer Service experience
· Efficient in Microsoft Office
· Detail and customer service oriented
· Must have high school Diploma or GED
· Must be able to pass a background and drug screen
