We are an area leader in the residential security and networking industries. Vintage Security provides homeowners and business owners with the expert design, installation, service and monitoring of security/fire systems. We custom design home technology solutions for our customers including: fire/security detection, access control, intercom, closed circuit television systems, video surveillance, audio/home theater, card access systems, phone entry & intercom systems and data needs.

We have an excellent opportunity for a detail oriented individual in our fast paced Customer Service Department as a Customer Service Specialist.  Accuracy, excellent communication and multi-tasking skills are a must.

Responsibilities for the position include but are not limited to:

  • Answer incoming calls regarding billing and customer account questions
  • Data entry and process customer payments
  • Handle and process customer cancellations
  • Process paperwork from both sales and installation departments
  • Office administration task
  • Cross-training with other positions within department

  • Candidates must be energetic, organized and a team player
  • Microsoft Office experienced required
  • At least one year of experience in Customer Service preferred
  • Pleasant and outgoing personality are a must
  • Drug Screen and Background check required
