Administrative Assistant
Tax Assistant

Our Client’s Financial Firm located in Neenah, WI area is looking to add a key employee to the Team. They are seeking a professional Administrative Assistant / Tax Assistant who is ready to help their already thriving company continue to grow. They are looking for hardworking, success-oriented employees with positive energy, who possess great people skills and have a “team player” mentality. If you want to join a Financial Advisor Team that has experience in the industry, is dedicated to their clients, staff and has created a culture of success, this may be a good fit for you!



  • 2+ years of solid Administrative Support experience in a professional office setting
  • 2+ years of Customer Relations experience (Receptionist, Client Service Representative, Etc.)
  • Advanced Technology Skills and use of Microsoft Office products (Word, Power Point, Excel, Etc.)
  • CRM Software / Database Experience is a plus (Example: Salesforce, Redtail, Etc.)



  • Tax Preparation, Financial Services Industry, and/or Life Insurance Industry experience is a plus
  • Financial Planning Software experience is a plus (Example: Money Guide Pro, Etc.)
  • Tax Preparation Software experience is a plus (Example: TaxWise)
  • SIE Certification (Securities Industry Essentials) is a plus
  • Life Insurance License is a plus

  • $32,000 - $44,000 Annual Base Salary
    *Based on applicable Experience, Certifications and/or Qualifications*

As a Administrative Assistant / Tax Assistant you will pursue this mission through: 

  • Greeting clients in-person or by phone in a warm, friendly, welcoming manner
  • Initiating and tracking client paperwork effectively
  • Ensuring inquires and issues are resolved to achieve service levels
  • Generating various daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports
  • Following up on pending business with companies and clients
  • General Bookkeeping & Financial Ledger tasks
  • Assisting existing clients with Individual Tax Return preparation
  • Ensuring client business flow and communication expectations are met and superior service levels provided
  • Developing effective working relationships with Team Members to ultimately provide effective, high quality service for clients
  • Processing applications and other various industry specific administrative tasks
  • Providing both pre/post Client Meeting Support for the Advisor Team
  • Providing thorough, high quality research, problem solving and issue resolution
