Senior Mortgage Loan Closer

DUTIES:
Close a wide range of mortgage loans.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of mortgage loans.
Prepare legal documents for title companies and attorneys.
Maintain open lines of communication with all parties to obtain loan status information.
QUALIFICATION: Prior experience with mortgage loan funding.
SKILLS:
Working knowledge of mortgage industry rules and regulations.
Ability to work as a critical member of a small team.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to work from home.

PAYMENT: $85.00-$200.00 per loan signing
