We are looking for a Customer Service Representative in Monroeville, PA. This is an immediate need.
This position requires someone with the following skills, experience and abilities:
- Must have SAP experience.
- A Bachelor’s degree is highly preferred.
JOB DETAILS:
Job title: Customer Service Representative
Location: Monroeville, PA
Pay Rate: $21.75/hr
Duration: 12+ Months Temp to hire
Provides a maximum level of customer service to assigned accounts while working closely with Sales to ensure that sales and profitability objectives are met. Coordinates all aspects of order processing, applying specialized knowledge of technical details and product applications in the customer order process. Maintains ongoing relationships with key customers and interfaces regularly with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, Credit, Distribution, Transportation, Manufacturing, and IT. Experience with SAP required.
