Program Implementation Project Manager

Main Objective:
As the Program Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee key client projects including creating detailed timelines, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and monitoring and communicating progress.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects
  • Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of project
  • Prepares reports for upper management regarding status of project
  • Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
  • Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
  • Leads and directs the work of others
  • Leadership – works closely with the management team and employees to anticipate and effectively minimize obstacles to success
  • Communication – able to simplify the complex to enable the team to deliver program conversions on schedule and on budget with a level of quality which meets customer expectations. 
  • Task Complexity: Works on complex projects; Highly skilled with extensive proficiency; Tasks are varied and complex
  • Decision Making: Wide latitude for independent judgment; Develops solutions to a variety of problems of moderate scope and complexity; Refers to policies and practices for guidance
  • Amount of Supervision: Works independently, receives minimal guidance; Participates in determining objectives of assignment; Plans, schedules, and arranges own activities in accomplishing objectives; Work is reviewed upon completion for adequacy in meeting objectives
  • Required Education/Experience:
    • Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in the field or in a related area.
    • PMP Certification or equivalent
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Project or comparable tools.
    • Project planning and scheduling experience a must.
    • Prior experience in promotional product industry helpful. 
    • Prior experience in Confluence and Jira helpful.
    Required Skills:
    • Experience writing executive level status communications
    • Business knowledge which includes knowledge of organizational policies and general business procedures
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products; including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote
    • Professional level writing, editing, proofreading, and layout skills
    • Strong communications skills; Ability to speak in an articulate, coherent and confident professional manner, identify key issues, and express thoughts clearly
    • Excellent organizational skills and experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
    • Flexibility to work overtime when required
    • Ability to travel on short notice
