• High School Diploma / GED and 4+ years of related experience. • Working knowledge of Office 365 including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Knowledge of Teams is a plus. • Demonstrated organizational skills; ability to operate in a matrix environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Strong execution focus and attention to detail. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Able to work autonomously; is dependable with high integrity. • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to maintain effective working relationships. • Preferred experience working in a GMP Biotech/Pharmaceutical office environment.
• Responsible for supporting front desk Services, welcoming guests and following established visitor screening procedures. • Develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal customers/ key stakeholders. • Ensure meeting room readiness to support daily business operations; including stocking levels and meeting catering needs, as necessary. • Maintain office, cafe and printer supplies to maintain appropriate inventory levels. Coordinate service needs with Information Solutions as required. • Main point of contact for catering deliveries. • Exercise discretion and good judgment in handling confidential material and information. • Comply with and actively participate in all safety policies, procedures and programs. • Perform other duties as assigned.
