Customer Service Representative

Position: Full-time or Part-time

Location: Chattanooga

 

By Acting out the brand or message, we can breathe life into stale campaigns, reinvigorate an audience and help reanimate our client. Our goal is to build a level of intrigue and desire for an audience and Act on it!

VP Rush in Chattanooga are looking to develop a handful of Customer Service Assistants this year with potential for further advancement.

People with an interest in sales, marketing, customer service, leadership, business or management opportunities are encouraged to get in touch with us!

Our management team, our clients and our network of business partners offer product training workshops, conference calls, seminars and on-site developmental opportunities, so no sales experience is required.

Summary of the Role:

You’ll be in charge of providing our customers with a unique experience at our promotional events. Ensuring they have a clear understanding of our clients and the service they provide as well. Our events follow a wide range including shopping centres, pop-ups, trade shows, and business promotions. You will be responsible for engaging and answering any questions customers may have and creating a long-lasting relationship between our clients and customers.

Job Requirements

 

Required Skills:

·         Welcoming personality

·         Attention to details and organized

·         Deadline oriented

·         No background/degree is required, however, interest in sales, marketing, business, retail, and brand awareness is welcome

·         Ability to adapt to fast pace/changing environments

·         Ability to multitask
