Primetime Marketing is seeking Customer Service Representative to join our fast pace sales firm. This is an entry-level position and training in management. We are looking for candidates who have a background in retail, sales, marketing, or looking for an entry-level opportunity.

With our recent expansion, we are looking to fill our entry level position within our company to help us keep up with our clients growing brands. Our client list spans across multiple industries including entertainment and communication. You will receive training on consultative sales, promotional marketing strategies, and account management to develop and retain customers.

You will be the face of our clients and brands and will deliver the highest standards of client-to-customer engagement to ensure our customers have an experience unlike never before. You will be trained weekly on customer acquisition techniques, marketing initiatives, and business communications strategy. Building a strong relationship between our partners and their customers is the very thing that makes our company and our clients top tier.


  • Previous experience in customer service.

  • A high degree of self-motivation

  • Ability to work both independently and/or as part of a team is required

  • Availability to travel locally within a ten-mile radius to meetings, events, and trainings

  • Effective communication skills to use with all customers as well as all levels of our organization

  • Possess high level of flexibility to adapt our ever-evolving, dynamic work environment

  • Ability to critically think and solve common and complex issues that may arise

  • High School diploma required, Bachelor's degree preferred
