A PART-TIME POSITION, TEMP-PERM
INDUSTRY: NONPROFIT
LOCATION: WILLIAMSBURG
PAY RANGE: $16.00 - $17.50 per Hour
SUMMARY:
Non-profit organization is seeking a part-time Accounting Assistant to work 20 hours per week on a flexible schedule. The position is for the long term and will eventually become permanent.
Qualifications :
- Associate degree in Accounting and 1-2 years AR / AP experience Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency
- Excellent data entry and attention to detail skills
- Familiarity with an Enterprise Management System
- Ability to fill in for the Front Desk Receptionist as needed
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- May need to be eligible to be bonded
