Responsible for general laboratory and operational support. Including providing logistical support for samples and compounds management, ordering supplies and carrying out general bench work activities.
Preferred education is a bachelors degree with 1-3 years of experience in lab techniques. ELISA and or Cell Culture)

The scientist filing this position will work with a highly matrixed team setting with focus on ELISA and or Cell Culture technologies as well as sample handling. Work will be conducted in a cGMP testing environment.

Required skills: Experience with good pipetting practices, aseptic technique, concentration calculations , solution preparation and following standard operating procedures. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) is required.

Desirable skills: GMP , experience with ELISA and Cell Culture and familiarity with LIMS.

The candidate will be responsible for:
Detailed and accurate electronic documentation, including data entry and review of records in a validated system.
Routine lab duties, including shipping and receiving materials, reagent preparation, consumable stocking.
Interact effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams
Executing test method methods and procedures, particularly ELISA in a GMP environment.

NOTES:
- work will consist of a lot Immuno Assays, ELISA, cell based, cell culture assays; pipetting, micro pipetting, aseptic technique, prepping media/solutions/buffers
- 3 main part of position: ELISA portion - Cell Culture - Shipping/Receiving GMP materials
- candidate must be detail orientated, work well in team environment, eager to learn/work, great documentation skills/lab notes
- LIMS experience huge plus + previous work in Clinical setting would be a plus!
