Seeking experienced and compassionate Skilled RN (Registered Nurse) to provide care and services to meet our residents needs in a skilled facility staying in compliance with Federal and State regulations. Care consisting of memory care, independent and assisted living within our Personal Care Service division. Minimum 3 year of recent Registered Nurse experience in Skilled nursing Facility required.

Requirements:

· Valid Registered Nurse (RN) Licenses in the State of Virginia
· Minimum Three (3) year RN Experience
· Valid Diver’s License and Auto Insurance

-Provide supervisory oversight to caregivers under the Personal Care Services department.
-Orient caregivers to new assignments and clients' needs
-Ensure client services are provided in accordance with task assignment
-Complete all documentation accurately and timely to ensure optimal care is provided.
-Maintain contact with office support staff to ensure appropriate services are provided.
