Title: HR Director / Corporate HR Business Partner
Our client is one of the fastest growing companies in Chicago, and they’re looking for their next HR Director. This role will have a heavy talent management focus. Position will be based out of West Loop.
The position will report into an SVP of HR, partnering with the leaders of corporate business functions (CMO, CIO, COO, etc.) in Talent Management, Succession Planning, and Performance Management. for the US. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in an entrepreneurial environment since there are many opportunities to enhance process and procedures with Talent and HR Operations on a national scale. Candidate must be able to manage up and advise business leaders in making positive people decisions. Candidates must have a proven track-record with talent management, employee engagement, and organizational development.

- 7+ years' full lifecycle talent management and performance management experience
- At least 5 years' corporate HR experience
- Experience advising management on talent related issues and practices
- Previous HR operations experience - process improvements, establishing best practices, etc.
Candidates must be based out of Chicagoland. No relocation available.
