A Sales Development Specialist is needed to fill an opening in Canton. You will work Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
· Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified new customer appointments via cold calling and leads
· Refine sales lead list while making outbound sales calls
· Set and confirm appointments for outside sales representatives
· Help structure and implement promotional sales material
· Assist with identifying key opportunities for growing and developing a primary sales target list
· Obtain information regarding businesses for outside sales representatives
· Manage appointment schedule and coordinate location
· Assist HR in setting up interview times if needed
· Must have 1 to 2 years of outbound sales call experience
· Must have Customer Service, high call volume, and CRM experience
· Cold calling business-to-business experience is needed
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint
· Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
· Must have the ability to stay focused and overcome rejections
· Must have a solid work history
