Recently Connect Search was named the 35th Fastest Growing Company in Chicago and have opened our first office in Madison, WI.  We have an immediate opening for a full-time Office Coordinator/Administrative Support Professional.

The job duties include:

  • Answering phones
  • Greeting customers
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Handling the employee’s paperwork to ensure we are staying in compliance
  • Onboarding new hires
  • Complete adhoc projects as necessary

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • Previous support position in a sales support function highly desirable
  • Computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows and PowerPoint)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously 
  • Detail oriented
