Job Description

MOUNTAIN, LTD. is currently seeking a Customer Support Specialist for a major client in Indianapolis, IN.

  • This is a Contract Assignment initially scheduled to last 12 Months with possibility of extension.
  • Pay Rate will be 13.00 per hour based on experience and qualifications.
  • Workdays / hours expected to be Monday through Friday, between 7:00am to 6:00pm.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
  • NO CORP-TO-CORP INQUIRIES PLEASE.

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Research and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Review and update customer records on computerized data base.
  • Resolve problems and refer to responsible parties.
  • Perform due diligence on customer inquiries through oral communication.

Job Requirements

  • College level education or equivalent, relevant experience.
  • Minimum of 6 months of Customer Service experience.
  • Superior oral communications skills on the telephone.
  • Good written communication skills.
  • Problem solving ability.
  • Working knowledge of specified computer based applications such as word processing, spreadsheets and data bases.
