Job Description


Title: Wiring Technician - Electrical

Location: Fairfield OH 45014

Duration: 8/13/18 – 8/12/19

Contract To Hire

Schedule: 1st and 2nd shift

1st shift: 6:00 am – 2:30 pm

2nd shift: 2:30pm – 11:00 pm

Possible Overtime Hours Available

Functions:

• Be able to read electrical schematics

• Be familiar and skilled in usage of all tools required to wire gear

• Be able to wire gear to West Chester standards

• Be autonomous, independent, and confident to be decision maker in all aspects of the job

• Be flexible in work schedule

• Work well in teams

• Follow instructions and standard work tasks

• Have working knowledge of electrical equipment and their usage

• Have basic understanding of computer usage, ability with Excel and Word beneficial

• Have good communication skills

• Be able to learn and apply SPS principles

• Be compliant with all safety policies and procedures

PLEASE NOTE: -
Selected candidates will start on the Monday (unless otherwise requested) following the acceptance of the position at 7:00 AM for their training day, entering the lobby area, and reporting to their point of contact (to be assigned upon employment). There is no smoking on the property. Long hair must be tied back, no jewelry should be worn except a watch, and protective footwear must be worn from the first day. Other personal protective equipment will be provided by the company as needed. Dress code includes long pants, no sleeveless tee shirts, mesh tops, or offensive slogans.
