Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:
· Engage in inbound customer calls and provide satisfactory answers to inquiries and concerns regarding unemployment claims
· Review customer account and provide updates and troubleshooting as needed while keeping personally identified information (PII) confidential
· De-escalate situations involving high stress and dissatisfied customers, offering customer assistance and support
· Manage customer service relations to maintain state-mandated SLAs
Minimum Qualifications:
· Associates Degree (2-year degree) OR High School Diploma or GED with >2 years of experience in a call center environment
· Must be willing to work normal business hours and occasional weekend days, as needed
