  • Reporting to the Vertical Lead, the Recruiting Manager provides leadership, support, performance management, advocacy, and vision to all recruiters, and recruiting support staff in the vertical they are assigned.
  • Direct staff to fill all positions as needed by various clients.
  • Develop new strategies and programs to attract candidates.
  • Manages recruiting team, monitors and approves time entry, counsel as necessary.
  • Accountable for effective and consistent implementation of recruiting processes and ensuring metrics are being met and tracked through effective use of ATS technology.
  • Responsible for the organization, development, and implementation of new and ongoing recruiter training programs.
  • Works closely with other vertical recruiting managers nationwide to promote best practices, aid on critical needs, and coordinate initiatives.
  • Determines requisition qualifications and priority levels.
  • Assists shared services departments with ensuring seamless communication between front office recruiting team and back offices.
  • Collaborates with staff of client organizations, managed service providers, and internal sales team to develop and implement effective recruiting policies and strategies, advise on current staffing trends, and provide data on current market rates and candidate supply.
  • Drives a culture of high performance, innovation, civility, cooperation, and collaboration within the recruiting team.
  • Responsible for utilization of candidate market analysis to identify current supply and demand of available talent pool and assist in predicting the most effective means to reach the contractor population by geographic area and employee-type.
  • Negotiate recruiting job board resources and manage job board budget.

  • High School Diploma with specifically relevant work experience.
  • Must demonstrate ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively as the leader of the recruiting team.
  • Possess 5+ years' experience managing multi-level recruiting teams and recruiting teams at various off-site locations.
  • Must be able to lead others through constant change and ambiguity.
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Acrobat, VMS, and ATS technologies.
  • Fluent with recruiting analytics and how to build and improve processes around them.
  • Possess a data-centric approach to identifying areas of opportunity and quantitative skills to manage business outcomes.
  • Proven ability to develop strong internal and external relationships; ability to leverage strong consultative skills, strong business acumen, and ability to take ownership.
  • Strong emotional intelligence and excellent judgment skills.
  • Must possess the ability to become a trusted partner to business leaders, and trusted coach to the recruiting team.
  • Possess a deep sense of personal responsibility, strong attention to detail and organization, achieves personal fulfillment helping others succeed.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must possess the ability to be clear, concise, and courageous in giving tough but supportive feedback when needed to team members at all levels of the organization.
  • Excellent reading and language comprehension, specifically with legal and contractual terminology.
