Major Duties:   

·         Support, maintain and enhance web sites using sound practices

·         Test and deploy platform updates and upgrades

·         Maintain Postgres and MS SQL server databases

·         Maintain source control, backups, and documentation for systems

·         Work with 3rd party development vendors on major software projects and revisions

·         Create, maintain and run reports and analytics (PowerBI, SSRS)

Qualifications:

·         Wordpress site development and theme customization

·         PHP/HTML/CSS/Javascript

·         Experience developing/maintaining LAMP-stack web sites

·         Experience with Javascript and related frameworks (AngularJS, jQuery, Bootstrap, etc)

·         Experience with SQL database platforms (MySQL/MariaDB, MS SQL Server, PostGreSQL)

·         Knowledge of AWS services and experience preferred with: IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, EC2, S3/Glacier, Lightsail, Cognito, CloudFormation

·         Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially when communicating technical information to non-technical staff

Preferred Experience:

·         Experience with Node.js

• Experience with at least one modern frontend JS framework, e.g. React (preferred), Vue, Angular

·         AWS development experience, including CloudFormation, Lambda, SNS, RDS

·         Experience with Sitefinity CMS

·         Experience with RDF, SPARQL

·         Experience with Microsoft .NET platform, IIS
