Sales Rep/Business Development
$30K to $38K plus commission
The Garage Door Resurfacing (GDR) sales person will begin marketing and selling our Timberkast and GDR products at retail.
This will be both an in-house and out sales position and require a smart, literate person.
Past in-house/direct to consumer sales will be a plus but they have to also be able to communicate at a C Level.
They will also assist with customers outside our marketplace who may purchase the products at a price between retail and wholesale for them to do the work themselves (builder rates).
The E commerce platform will be handled differently and at a later date after we get comfortable with the reliability and performance of my new manufacturer.
For now the person will need to understand the product and how it goes on and then go through all of our unanswered leads and try and rekindle them.
They will learn and follow an in-house pitch/presentation I have and develop one that they will be customized for our company.
They will review very builder opportunity we have coming in and work with me to extract Timberkast materials that can be sold to them.
They will go through every past GDR customer and offer them refurbishing of their doors.
They will prospect to designers and builders.
They will actively work with the team to develop marketing.
They will also need to understand the garage door business, ordering garage doors and related products.”
