The Restaurant Manager position is accountable for training and maintaining a positive and committed attitude, while displaying a hands-on management style. Directly responsible for scheduling, compliance with food, service and facility standards, meeting or exceeding specified company expectations.
Minimum of 2+ years of Management experience in fast/casual restaurants
Good leadership skills
Maintains a sense of urgency attitude for the completion of responsibilities & tasks
Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high pressure environment
