What the position entails:
•Answer telephone calls, consult and assist members in open enrollment, premium payment, invoicing, benefits and claims.
• Independent problem solving.
• Provide customer service both on the phone and in-person.
• Maintain company information and patient information in accordance with HIPAA requirements.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of health insurance customer service experience
• Detail oriented
• Ability to work between 8:00 am - 6:00 pm, Monday - Friday
