Customer Support Representative (Bi-lingual)

PrideStaff has been asked to fill a customer support representative position for a large distribution firm in Hartford area. Outstanding opportunity to join a growing firm with excellent benefits.
· Customer support representative (CSR) will primarily be responsible for taking orders over the phone and process orders through a computer-based system.
· The CSR will assist and process orders for Sales staff. Translation required to assist customers and staff.
· This role will also help assist drivers with reconciling receipts against customer accounts at the end of a shift, receive and prepare cash for next days deposit.
This is a full-time position. Hours are Monday-Friday, 9:00am - 5:00pm. Flexibility required during seasonal demands. Benefits include medical, dental, life insurance, vacation, PTO, and 401(k) retirement savings plan.

Must be fluent in English and Spanish, written and verbal.
The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience working in a customer service environment, must be proficient in basic computer skills, have experience using a multi-line phone system and have used a computer-based software for taking orders.
