Job Description


  • Research, prepare forms needed for Personal History Interviews and process within an appropriate time frame.
  • Send client notifications via email/texting.
  • Supports department and follows organization and department procedures to complete tasks in a timely manner.

Responsible for performing data entry to prepare cases for medical history interviews. This position requires the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment.  Primary customers are external clients, underwriters and advisers.  This position includes a multitude of business deliverable's that have direct impact on the Life New Business and Underwriting cycle time.

Job Requirements


Medical Terminology Knowledge a plus

Extreme Attention to Detail

Customer Service Skills

Data Entry Experience

Highly Motivated

Outgoing and Tenacious - to handle a large amount of work in a short time and want to continue to learn additional functions to the position. 

Ability to be a self-starter to take on the next step of a process without being directed
