Job Description

•       Reviews customer requests to ensure departmental good order requirements are met. If clarification is needed from a customer, will reach out in written and verbal form to obtain the required information.

•       Provides information to internal & external customers on a variety of annuity processes or policy issues with focus on customer satisfaction, quality and efficiency.

•       Thoroughly document all contacts and conversations; providing timely follows up as required.

•       Works in and gains proficiency in multiple different administrative systems and automated workflows.

•       Consistently meets /exceeds set quality and productivity metrics.

•       Processes complex and varied service requests.

•       Functions within a team based environment & actively participates in achieving team SLA and quality goals.

•       Is able to learn and adapt to new or changing processes for the annuity PHS group.  

•       Represents Transamerica and TCS with professionalism to both internal and external customers.

Job Requirements

•       High school diploma or equivalent.

•       Up to 1 year experience with call center or customer service experience/training.

•       Fundamental computer knowledge and the ability to maneuver between multiple applications.

•       Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite (Word and Excel).
