Salary $80,000 - $105,000 Includes base salary + Profit Sharing Plan

Established Paper Company needs a Plant Engineer – an engineer who will utilize expertise to enhance and optimize production needs in a converting facility.
As the Plant Engineer, you will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating manufacturing processes within this Paper Converting plant. The Plant Engineer will continuously seek ways to improve yield and energy efficiency of the plant. Drawing upon your expertise, you will play a pivotal role in evaluating existing processes and facilitating system changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process.
Qualities such as internally motivated and results-oriented, and strong leadership capabilities are integral in this role. You’ll need to be a hands-on, technically trained person with working knowledge of converting processes.
Requirements for this Process Engineering:
● Degree in Engineering
● Minimum of 2 years of experience in Paper industry
● Organized/Detail Oriented Individual
● Desire to be mentored into Management Positions
