Lotus Executives is now looking for a customer service representative to join our team in Indianapolis. This is a full-time permanent hire. Top candidates will receive an interview invitation within 48 of submitting an application, you must include your resume.

Customer Service Job Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience required - retail, hospitality, and restaurant welcome

  • Data entry experience preferred

  • Excellent tablet/computer skills- microsoft, ios, android

  • Ability to work in a fast paced customer service environment
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service with limited supervision
  • Maintain an exceptionally high degree of customer confidentiality and support

Customer Service Job Responsibilities

  • Implement customer care by assisting consumers with transfers when they request account changes.

  • Refer pending consumer complaints to authorized divisions for further review

  • Respond to customer inquiries and notify customers of any changes in policy

  • Acquire and review all necessary material to determine the legitimacy of grievances and to identify possible explanations

  • Keep logs of client contacts and sales, document specifics of requests, grievances and remarks, as well as decisions performed

  • Upsell customer to new or additional products
