M.C. Velar is currently looking for a Payroll Coordinator/ Administrator for our Human Resources Department. If you are outgoing, a fast learner and looking for a company where there is a chance for advancement, this is the position for you. The position will be located in Hialeah, FL. In this position, the HR/Payroll Clerk may be required to:
- Collaborate with Operations regarding new hires, terminations and benefit deductions.
- Manage and generate various reports from timekeeping and payroll systems.
- Serve as primary point of contact for all payroll related matters and with the ability to respond to time-sensitive and/or confidential matters in a professional manner.
- Assist with the administration of certain company benefits, including annual benefit enrollments, and any other special projects.
- Maintain all employment records, personnel files and all related documentation.
- Handle various HR & PR administrative responsibilities.
- Bachelor's Degree in relevant field is preferred
- 1-2 years experience
- Bi - Lingual Preferred
- ADP Workforce Now Preferred
- Certified Payroll Preferred
100% ER Paid Medical/Add’l Coverage Pd by EE
Vacation – One Week After First Year; Accrue 2nd Week during 2nd Year
Personal Time – One Week (5) days
Basic Pd Holidays – (7) days
