Job Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Motivate and assist sales team to achieve monthly goals
  • Supervise the sales team to ensure all leads are being followed up and appointments are being set and kept
  • Assist the used vehicle director with inventory management and marketing
  • Handle and resolve customer issues and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Work deals with sales staff and be available for customer turnovers from sales team
  • Utilize the CRM for customer follow up and prospecting
  • Sell a high volume of vehicles and maintain gross profit margins set by the dealership

Requirements

  • 3 year minimum verifiable successful auto dealership history
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Pleasant personality and professional appearance
  • Exceptional work ethic and customer skills
  • Eagerness to learn and develop management talents
