  • Manage multiple consumer and client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty

  • Generate brand loyalty through personalized and strategic interactions with target consumers

  • Create fun and interactive hosted events to increase brand image and awareness

  • Responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of agency PR efforts

  • Communicate to various levels of management of results and goals

  • Conduct market research to better understand consumer behavior


  • Prior customer service, PR, sales, communications or marketing experience preferred

  • Strong analytical skills and can manage time wisely

  • Enjoys speaking and interacting with others

  • Proactive thinking and ability to solve issues quickly

  • Able to take verbal direction and implement tactics 

  • Strong student mentality
