Manage multiple consumer and client accounts, ensuring satisfaction and long-term brand loyalty
Understand and pass along the message each brand wishes to display

Suggest content for internal and external communication
Generate brand loyalty through personalized and strategic interactions with target consumers
Create fun and interactive hosted events to increase brand image and awareness
Proactively build and maintain strong relationships with clients and consumers
Responsible for the growth and overall effectiveness of agency PR efforts
Communicate to various levels of management of results and goals
Conduct market research to better understand consumer behavior
Prior customer service, PR, sales, communications or marketing experience preferred
Strong analytical skills and can manage time wisely
Enjoys speaking and interacting with others
Proactive thinking and ability to solve issues quickly
Able to take verbal direction and implement tactics
Strong student mentality
