Location: King of Prussia, PA 19406
· Provides quality customer service and support to customers on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
· Records details about customer inquiries.
· Helps resolve complicated customer complaints.
· Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution.
· Familiarity with MS Office required.
Skills and Experience:
- Customer Service experience required
- Work Schedules Available: Mid/Swing Shifts (schedules TBD between 11:00am-1:00am which includes one weekend day – Sat/Sun).
