We are in need of an ambitious Entry Level Client Associate to join our initiatives in bringing our community together. Our Entry Level Client Associates do an extraordinary job at making every individual feel heard, understood, and most importantly, valued. Entry Level Client Associates Responsibilities:

  • Interact one on one with community members educating them on our client initiatives and increasing client account rate

  • Address client concerns in a polite, empathetic, and professional manner at all times

  • Active listen to client problems and provide valuable solutions that coincide positively with our mission to improve our local communities

  • Coordinate with team member’s to optimize performance improvement and comprehension of metrics for clients direct campaigns

  • Funraise and drive profit for our clients charity by conducting community outreach events

  • Report to senior sales management on the most effective ways to communicate our mission to prospective new community members

Entry Level Client Associate Requirements: 

  • A High School diploma or GED is strongly preferred

  • Prior knowledge as a Client Account Manager, Customer Service Representative, Sales Associate, or Community Outreach

  • Relationship management and churn prevention skills

  • Drive to engage clients and spread awareness on the importance of anti-drug and violence

  • Naturally passionate about the community we live in and making our clients feel heard

  • Solution-oriented and willing to help fellow team members
