Description:
• Responsible for both recording technician visits and project process on site as well as first level troubleshooting quickly, efficiently and thoroughly. Prompt response to questions from vendor hired technicians by troubleshooting, diagnosing, resolving problems and overall technician support throughout a technicians visit. Document problems accurately and succinctly in the appropriate support tools provided. Maintain knowledge with accurate and up to date information relating to current policies, procedures and troubleshooting techniques.

Experience
• Must possess clear, accurately and tactful, communication both verbally and written. Working knowledge of Word, Excel, and Access. Must be able to work independently and occasionally lead within a group. A minimum of 1 year work experience with technical installation exposure or 1 year of post highschool technical training or internships preferred but not necessary.

Position Summary
• The primary role of this position is to take live trouble-shooting and process calls daily, however an employee can expect to gain valuable firsthand experience in IT project life cycles from start to finish while working closely with fulltime CLIENT technicians and Project Managers.
• This entry level position requires the prompt technical responses and data recording from vendor hired technicians regarding troubleshooting, diagnosing, and resolving problems for a multitude of technology driven branches that CLIENT is working in.
• This position will allow a person to gain a thorough knowledge of problem escalation, process adherent troubleshooting, and well-articulated data entry from a remote source.
• New contractors will gain valuable work experience in a number of different fields including telephone systems, database entry, IT equipment installations, software patching and installation, and many other valuable fields in today's technology driven workplaces.
• Data from the calls are tracked in a front end application system that allows for individual accountability.
• This position has a large focus on delivering effective data from the vendor technician to the project team and requires a demonstrated commitment to concise and effective communication within a front end user database.
