Job Description:
The New Car Greeter is the first friendly face customers see in our dealership. This person must be able to communicate with the customer to identify their needs. As with all positions within dealerships, the Sales Greeter is expected to uphold the highest ethical standards. A professional appearance and attitude are required.
Job Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers in a friendly professional manner
- Assist customers by providing the information needed
- Escort customers to the sales area
- Introduce customers to the Sales Professional
- Perform other duties as needed
- Experience in customer relations is recommended.
- Great communication skills
- Valid driver's license
- Positive attitude
- Professional appearance
- Clean driving record
