Classic Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram FIAT of Arlington is looking for an experienced BDC Rep to join their service team. Enjoy a state of the art, climate controlled facility with excellent pay.
Job Responsibilities:
· Follow all policies and procedures set by dealership
· Handle all incoming telephone calls promptly and courteously
· Schedule Service appointments
· Provide helpful information on customer vehicle problems or complaints
· Notify Managers of customer complaints
· Greet service customers immediately upon entering service center
· Ensure service drive is clean
· 2 yrs. Experience in a call center environment
· Automotive experience is preferred
· Valid driver's license
· Positive attitude
