A renowned consulting firm in Chicago is seeking an intuitive and self-motivated Facilities Manager to add to their successful team. The Facilities Manager will oversee the relocation process and new office set up for the firm’s elite clientele. The Facilities Manager will be detail-oriented, adept at multi-tasking, and a skilled problem solver. The salary for this role is $70-100k.

Responsibilities of the Facilities Manager:

  • Coordinate and facilitate the relocation process for clients
  • Act as point of contact for vendors
  • Manages all office maintenance
  • Order supplies and specialty products for the office
  • Field and answer any inquiries
  • Schedule appointments and process documents as needed

Requirements of the Facilities Manager:

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • 1-3 years of experience in related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • CAD experience is a plus
  • LEED certified is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Highly detailed and organized
  • Flexibility and ability to travel for business
