Job Description

Green Bay Seven Up is seeking a motivated Accounting Assistant to join our office team!   The ideal candidate will have a 2-year accounting degree along with proficiency with software such as MS Excel and Word.  Experience with Sage 100 a plus.

This is a full time position.  Occasional overtime may be required.  We offer competitive wages and benefits, including health and dental insurance, 401K savings plan and paid vacations.

  Primary responsibilities include: 

  •          Provide support to the Accounting Department
  •         Perform basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering phones, processing mail, etc.
  •         Handle communications with customers and vendors via phone, email, and in-person.
  •         Support other areas of the company as necessary

Job Requirements

Necessary skills & requirements include:

  •          The ability to communicate across all departments
  •          Exceptional time management skills
  •          Strong understanding of confidentiality
  •          Commitment to working efficiently and accurately
  •          Ability to work independently as well as part of the team
  •          Accounting software experience, Sage 100 a plus
  •          Intermediate to advanced MS Excel, Word and Outlook skills
