Job Description :
As a Customer Service Representative; the associate has to handle inbound calls within guidelines/goals established by the client and management. This position requires excellent communication skills; an enthusiastic approach to customer interactions; the ability to effectively handle information requests, compliments and complaints with a positive attitude and attention to detail.
• Receive requests from 3rd party/customers entities through calls and provide responses with the required documents to the requestor via call/mail/email/fax.
• Provide responses to insurance policy-related questions
• Make outbound calls (if required) to confirm policy-level / coverage-level changes
• Submit changes on existing policies
• Set up a reminder and follow up with customer on timely manner
Qualifications: (Please list all required qualifications)
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent,
• Active Property & Casualty Personal Lines license for Ohio is a MUST. Any other state license is added advantage.
