A producing company is searching for a Human Resources (hr) Manager with a broad experience in the manufacturing industry (blue-collar environment). The job holder ensures a fully professional and statutory correct HR organization in all aspects with focus on USA.

You will supervise HR personnel (3 direct reports) and dealing with employee grievances and disputes, supporting employee development, forecasting, staffing needs, structuring benefit packages, managing budgets, and overseeing overall employment needs.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and support the development and delivery of Human Resources strategies, frameworks, policies and procedures in line with the company’s strategic plan
  • Lead payroll functions ensuring payroll expenses and taxes are paid correctly and on time
  • Oversee and manage the healthcare and benefit plans to ensuring the workplace is acceptable and up-to-date with all applicable health codes
  • Support the design of employee training programs, build succession plans and craft internal promotion process
  • Lead assessment and identification of the business’s training and development needs as well as implementation of training and development programs, including onboarding and mentoring programs
  • Develop qualitative and quantitative KPI’s and implement dashboard
  • Ensure a professional HR administration from A – Z
  • Guarantee a detailed establishment of HR and salary budget, monthly tracking with variance explanation as well as employment statistics/lists and organization charts
  • Establish, steer and ensure a proper and professional recruitment process for all levels of functions/departments
  • Develop plans to find specific knowledge, skills and competencies as well as matching and high-performing profiles

Qualification

  • At least 10 years of broad HR experience in a Senior HR role, within a blue-collar environment, including deep know how in local labor law
  • Degree in business administration and professional HR education
  • Profound knowledge of the MS-Office applications, professional skills using an ERP systems (e.g. SAP) will be an advantage
  • English mother tongue
  • In-depth knowledge of all HR functions and the ability to develop metrics and analytics
  • High social competence combined with convincing communication skills
  • Professional, structured, well-organized and analytical working methods
  • Very loyal, committed and discreet personality
