Our client is a non-profit arm of the City of Philadelphia that spurs investments, support business growth, and foster developments that create jobs and revitalize neighborhoods in Philadelphia.  Our client is looking for a IT Help Desk/Operation Assistant.

Job Requirements:

  • Configure smartphones, tablets and other mobile devices issued to employees.
  • Part-Time - 30 hours week.
  • Provide printer, copier, and fax machine troubleshooting support.
  • Provide initial computer/network orientation to new employees.
  • Manage conference room set-up and breakdown for planned meetings, etc.
  • Ensure IT tools and equipment are set-up in conference rooms for planned meetings.
  • Maintain documentation of all licenses, systems, and configurations.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Vice President of Information Technology and/or Senior Vice President/Chief Operating Officer.

  • High School Diploma required; Technical School or Computer Training Preferred.
  • Prior Information Technology and Operations Experience Required.
