PrideStaff, a firm specializing in recruiting for Central Oregon businesses, is seeking a reliable and ambitious Cash Management Assistant for an established company in Bend, OR. The right candidate for this position will be detail oriented, a self-starter, and have experience in an accounting, finance, or Cash Management role. This is a full-time position M-F position set to start August through March 2020.

Cash Management Assistant Job Responsibilities may include:
Reconcile and report all daily cash activity.
Process all check and cash returns and refunds.
Monitor and research bank account activity.
Assist with vendor relationships and questions.
Provide support to Cash Manager and existing team.
Create, review, and submit reports to Cash Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements for Cash Management Assistant:
Recent and relevant experience working in an accounting, finance, or banking role.
Proficiency with Excel, typing, 10 key, and Google Suite.
Accounting or Business degree preferred.
Ability to pay close attention to detail, meet daily deadlines, and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Able to work well in a team environment.
Strong analytical and organizational skills.
Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
Basic Working Conditions: The employee must be able to sit and/or stand for long periods of time. Although this position will be in an office environment, at times this position may be required to lift up to 20 lbs. The employee will be required to have the ability to stoop, kneel and handle objects for filing.
