ECM has an immediate opening for an experienced Call Center Representative .

A successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Provide support to our Field Technicians by tracking and monitoring their daily productivity
• Communicate scheduling changes as necessary to the technicians
• Data entry -- code out of time/parts used by techs
• Reschedule calls -- must be professional and pleasant to our customers

Position requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5+ years high volume dispatch/scheduling/customer service experience required (will train for dispatch if only customer service experience)
• Must be able to work an 8 hour shift daily, Monday - Friday, 8 am-5pm and ONE Saturday each month
• Clear, concise and professional verbal communication skills
• Strong ability to multi-task and handle pressure
• Ability to multitask and be detail oriented
• Work in a team environment and have a great attitude
• Knowledge of local tri-county geographical area
• Computer literate w/ strong data entry skills
• Ability to sit for long periods of time as this position requires data entry
• A/C, Plumbing and Appliance background is a PLUS
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
