LPN CLIENT CARE MANAGER

If you answered YES to each of these questions, consider joining our team as a Client Care Manager. This nursing professional is responsible for building relationships through extensive one-on-one interactions with current and prospective elderly clients and their families who live in our community. Duties also include conducting regular quality assurance visits to monitor care and to ensure client/family satisfaction. The right candidate needs to be sincerely interested in changing the face of aging and making a real difference every day in a very fast-paced, growing organization. Excellent communication skills a must have. Current Indiana LPN license mandatory. Candidate must be willing and able to help our seniors by assisting with caregiving duties like bathing, toileting and mobility support on occasion.

This is a full-time salaried position. Work hours are primarily 8am to 5pm Monday through Friday, but execution of job duties sometimes requires work hours into the evening and/or weekend and candidate must be able to work late or on weekends when the need arises. This position also participates in the on call rotation. 

Most of the work day is spent outside the office meeting with current and potential customers, so a valid drivers license and an automobile are required to be able to perform work duties each work day.

Benefits include paid sick days, paid vacation, paid holidays including birthday and monthly mileage stipend. 

Drug screen and criminal background checks are conducted on all applicants.

LPN CLIENT CARE MANAGER

Education/Experience Requirements

  • LPN required with active Indiana license in good standing
  • History of success (scholastics, prior employment achievements, awards , etc.)
  • Senior care industry experience preferred
  • Proficiency in Windows and in Office 365 required Including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook required
  • Marketing experience a plus
  • Prior office experience considered an advantage
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license and have an automobile to be able to perform business driving each work day
